there is no formal closing date, you should allow
enough time for your application to be processed,
documents to arrive, acquisition of visa, etc. prior
to arriving on campus. A rule of thumb is to apply
at least 90 days in advance to permit adequate time
for all preparation at the University and at home
before your departure.
